Functions of a Medical Assistant (MA) -providing administrative support to healthcare staff, preparing patients for exams, gathering health histories, assisting providers with minor ER procedures, Taking vital Signs, accompanying patients to exam/procedure room; assisting patients as needed with walking, transfers, dressing, collecting swab specimens, preparing for exam, etc., performing EKG, Fulfills clerical responsibilities as assigned, relaying instructions to patients/families; answering calls and providing pertinent information.
- Works and supports MDs and RNs

Schedule: 12 hours 3 days a week to be full time

Skills

2 years MA experience preferable
