- Coverage Need
- Schedule
- 12 hour shifts
- 40-50 shifts per month
- Weekend availability
- Clinical Details
- Average 12 patients to round on daily
- Days: Average 0-2 admissions
- Nights: Average 4-5 admissions
- Admit/consult/H&P/ICU care
- Continuous airway pressure
- Vent management
- Chronic vent management
- EKG interpretation
- Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (if finished residency recently)
- Active California License
- ACLS
- Proof of COVID vaccine or valid medical or religious waiver
- Comfortable managing patients in the ICU and Vent Management
