When: ASAP – 09/30/23

Shifts: Mon-Fri: M/Tu/W/F 8:30a-5p less 30 min unpaid lunch, Th 10a-7p, with one Saturday 8a-12p a month. Typical visits include well visits and physicals- annual, school and sport, chronic disease management and acute visits. No on-call or holidays
