- Coverage Needed:
- Oct 16-22
- Oct 30-Nov 5
- Nov 6-12
- Nov 20-26
- Dec 11-17
- Clinical Information:
- The generalist locum would be covering the hospital service Monday through Sunday from 8-5 on site and then call would be from 5p-8a Friday evening through the following Monday morning.
- EMR- EPIC experience (prefer someone who has experience)
- Patient volume- 15-20
- App will be assisting during the week
- All inpatient
- Required:
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges.Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
