Location: The Dalles, OR
Duration: October 30 – April 30 (potential for extension)
Schedule: required to be in clinic every week, 3-4 days per week, minimum of 90 day commitment
Shift: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p
Call: No IP, no Call
Patient volume: 60 min new patients, 30 minutes for f/u (option for increased time if complex patients)
Scope: outpatient, 50/50 HEM/ONC, providers put in their own orders
EMR: Epic
Affiliated Hospital:
-Referral center for the rural medicine in the area
-39 bed hospital
-Level III trauma designation (they will manage and admit trauma)
Group/support: Full specialist with support from the large group Knight Cancer Center. NP ONC - 4 days per week
Requirements (boards, license): At least BC in ONC, can be BE if recently trained.
