Shift: M-Th 8a-2p, Fri 8a-4p
Scope: 100% outpatient clinic, 80% Adult / 20% Pediatric. ~10 patients/day, no call
EMR: EPIC
Group/support: 2 LPNs in clinic
Requirements (boards, license): GA licensed, Board Certified in Allergy and Asthma
Rates: TBD
Proof of service approver: Travia Kennedy, practice manager
