Part Time family practice Physician needed. Recognized by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home. It is a Rural Health Center that schedules patients Monday – Friday. There are no patients under the age of 6, with patients between the ages of 6-18 representing <1% of total population. 5 MDs, 1 DO, 2 NPs support staff, Rotating telephone call 1-2 times a month, EMR: Meditech/LSS.
