Seeking a board certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a hospital-employed, Post-Acute Care practice. This position will provide clinical care to residents of the three area Skilled Nursing facilities (approx 125 patients) Oversight of a FT Nurse Practitioner. 24/7 split call with NP Pleasant office space on the Hospital campus. This full time position offers a competitive compensation/benefits/CME package.This is a progressive Vermont arts community, the market center for Windham County.
