Clinical Details

• Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up.
  
• The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment.
  
• Provider works solo
  
• 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations.
  
  Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups
  

Requirements

• Active IL License
  
• Board Certified
  
• DEA
  
• BLS
  
• CSR
  
• Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult.
  

Call

• No Call, Holidays or Weekends
