(May offer temps for the right clinician)

REASON FOR NEED- Every 3rd week.

SHIFT- MONDAY THRU FRIDAY- 8AM TO 5PM

MINIMUM SHIFTS- 5 PER MONTH ON-SITE COVERAGE

PRIVILEGES 120 Days 

REQUIRED PROCEDURES: Basic Radiology Procedures: Basic Biopsies, excess drains, Thoro and Parasynthesis, joint injections, upper GI, and Lumbar punctures

Bed Size- 99

Daily DX Volume: Average 80+ cases/day

Daily Mammo Volume: Avg 4/day

Percentage of Modality Split:  ED IP OP CR 52% 45% 52% CT 39% 21% 9% CTA 3% 7% 0% MG 0% 0% 17% MR 0% 5% 6% MRA 0% 1% 0% NM 0% 2% 2% PT 0% 0% 4% US 6% 20% 10%

EMR: Meditech

?Licensing and Other Requirements:

• FLORIDA MEDICAL LICENSE REQUIRED
• BOARD CERTIFIED
• MQSA / Nuclear Medicine (if possible)
• Active DEA for onsite
• Must have availability for clinical call with clinical leadership
