• Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2
  

Requirements

• Board Certified/BE within 5 years of residency
  
• ACLS, BLS
  
• PA license - Highly preferred
  
• Local provider (only mileage is reimbursed)
  

• Beeper
  
• In house and call
  
• Call Ratio: 1:6

• RN, Scrub Tech, Laborist, Midwife
