Primary Care
* Full-time Direct and Primary Care / Concierge medicine doctor
* Recruiting for multiple California locations
* 3 locations: North of Sacramento (Rockland), South San Francisco, and San Jose
* Base range is $275,000 or more and bonus opportunities
* EMR is for Direct Primary Care and easy to use
* Maximum patient panel is 1000 patients per doctor
* Average 8 to 10 appointments per day
* 20 days of vacation per year, 9 holidays per year, 5 days of CME per year
* Generous Benefits package including paid medical Health insurance and has a 401K
* Medical Malpractice includes paid Tail
* Each doctor will have 2 CMAs with involvement in the hiring and screening of those positions
