Details of Assignment:
•  Location: About an hour West of Savannah
•  Duration: October 16th 2023 – 23rd 2023 target start – ongoing
•  Schedule: 7-10 shifts available each month, 24-hour call + clinic
•  Shift: 9 am – 5 pm
•  Call: 24 hours a day
•  Patient volume:  hospital approx. 25/month and 14 patients per day in the clinic
•  Scope: pre and post-natal patients, gynecology, women’s health menarche through menopause
•  EMR: Centricity
•  Hospital: Level III trauma, 133-bed facility
•  Group/support: Clinic 1 MP, 2 MA’s, 2 Medical Office reps, 1 Clinical Coord., 1 Clinical Supervisor, 1 Director of Practice. Hospital- 1 OB, 1 pediatrician (on call when not in-house), 1 NP OB
•  Requirements (boards, license): Georgia License, Georgia DEA
