• 18 PPD, minimum is 18 PPD
  
• Mix of peds/adults
  
• Outpatient setting
  

Requirements

• We will also accept DO
  
• BLS, PALS
  
• APC's with 3 years of experience in similar setting (see other AR)
  
• BE will be considered if truly BE (5 years or less since residency)
  
• Active DEA needed before start
  
• The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): 2022-2023 Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). Covid-19 Vaccine no longer required
