Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8a- 5

6-12 months

Duties: Acute care, New Patient Visits, Annual Wellness Exams

Support Staff: Medical Assistant, Front Office Assistant

Required:

Active AZ state license

DEA

BC/IMLC
