Location: Houston, TX
Duration: ASAP for 3 months
Reason for coverage:  current pain physician is taking a new position, need locum coverage
Schedule: 3 days per week
Shift: 8A-5P
Call: no call
Patient volume: Roughly 25/day
Scope: full scope clinic pain management w/ one day a week of procedures in C arm suite – ESI, transforaminal injections, joint injections, kypho (not required), radiofrequency injections
EMR: Modmed
Hospital: none – clinic only
Group/support: 10 man ortho spine group – private practice – physical therapy, MRI, clinic space. Physician owned, MA will be support staff.
Requirements (boards, license): ideally ACGME Pain Fellow, TX licensed.
