Hospital employed Pediatric openings in East/Central Indiana

• University town only 1 hour and 15 minutes from Indianapolis, IN


• Hospital employed Multi-specialty group.  3 openings available. 


• Group has 4 Pediatricians and an NP.


• Cerner EMR


• City population of 60,000 in immediate city


• Permanent pediatrician opening


• Base salary of $250,000 plus WRVU bonus system. Salary will be going up soon as well. 


• Sign-on bonus of $25,000 and $10,000 relocation


• Benefits include health, dental, vision, investment plan, $2500 for CME plus 5 days off. 


• 4 weeks of paid vacation


• Call is 1 in 4 and will go to 1 in 5 with new physician.  Physician do not attend deliveries but do well newborn rounding and inpatient pediatric rounding.  Average daily census is under 4 patients. 


• Hospital always has a Neonatologist in-house as well as a NNP for 8-10 hours a day.  All deliveries are attended by the Neonatologist/NNP team.
