12 Hour Shifts

Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour (1099) - Express Pay available

Need copies of the following items for the credentialing file.
-Driver’s License, Social Security Card or Passport, TB test, BLS/CPR Certification, and LPN State License/Certification.
