General Surgery | ASAP Start | Locum Tenens

Location: Homer, Alaska
Duration: 3-6 months (option to extend)
Schedule: 8a – 5p (OP Clinic) 2-3 days/week in clinic, 2 OR days
Call: 24-hour ER call, 8a-8a
Scope: Call and Outpatient Clinic. Upper and lower scopes required, ER call at level IV facility.
EMR: Evident / Athena
Hospital: South Peninsula Hospital
Group/support: OP Clinic Team including 1 other General Surgeon
Required: AK license preferred but will explore candidate open to licensure (~70 day timeline). Board Certified or Board Eligible within 2 years of completion of training.
