Responsibilities:
- Manage the pharmacy department's overall operation and collaborate with other healthcare providers, including the administrator, medical staff, nursing service staff, hospital staff, and non-hospital contractors (vendors, auditors)
- Provide extensive cost-effective therapeutic drug monitoring, pharmacokinetic drug dosing, and medication use evaluation to ensure optimal patient care
- Utilize CPSI for our EMR and Pyxis for our medication automated dispensing system
- Be licensed in the state of Missouri and possess a successful completion of a pharmacist degree accredited Doctor of Pharmacy Degree program or possess a Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy Degree with hospital experience required
- Have a BLS certification

Requirements:
- Hospital pharmacy experience is a must
- Monday through Friday 8-4:30 schedule with no call required
- No floating to other units/departments
