Details of Assignment:
Location: Southern Oregon
Duration: November – March (Potential for an extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7am-4.30p (no weekends – no call). There is an option for hybrid role of onsite/tele, 100% onsite is preferred 
Patient volume: 20 patients per day
Scope: Bread and butter outpatient primary care
EMR: NextGen
Group/support: RN/FNP and specialized providers that rotate through
Requirements: Board Certified or Eligible, ACLS certification, and fully vaccinated.
