Duration: 2- 6 months

Reason for coverage: Current dentist will be out on intermittent medical leave

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday or Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Shift: 7:30-5:00

Call: None

Patient volume: 25 per day, this does not include checking hygiene or numbing for hygiene, 2 EFDA’s on staff

Scope: General Dentistry- restorative, extractions, comp/limited exams, crowns

EMR: Dentrix

Group/support: Stand alone, Safety Net Provider, Nurse Practitioners on staff for emergency medications

Required: Must licensed in KY

Travel/Lodging reimbursement will be considered for this opportunity
