Description Duration: February – July with 6 month extension (potential for extension) Reason for coverage: resignation of current provider (who went from locums to perm over 3 years ago) Schedule: 4 day Clinic Week, flexible from Monday - Friday Shift: 0730-1700 Call: negotiable - alternating with 3 non-oncology providers (every 4th week). Estimated 3-4 calls per week, no hospital inpatient coverage needed. May see a patient in the hospital as needed (Limited) Patient volume: 15/day (roughly 2-4 new consults per day) Scope: Hematology and oncology EMR: EPIC Group/support: Solo oncologist with fulltime Internal Medicine doc also seeing non-consults, Nurses put in the hematology orders, and full time pharmacist on site Requirements (boards, license): Wyoming license, board certified (will consider BC in ONC only, and compact license) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
