Description Location: Salem, Oregon Duration: As soon as credentialed – 6+ months with option to extend. Reason for coverage: Loss of provider, we have patient panels Schedule: Our Clinic is open for Provider schedules 830 – 7 M,T, H, F, 830 – 530 on Wednesdays, and 830 – 2 on Saturday Shift: We are flexible within the above time frames. Call: No Patient volume: For a full day, around 17 Scope: 100% Pediatrics EMR: Next Gen Hospital: Referrals to Salem Health, Silverton (Legacy) or Stayton (Santiam) hospitals depending on where a patient lives. Group/support: We have a cadre of nurses, medical assistants, and other licensed medical providers on site Requirements (boards, license): Licensed to practice in Oregon as MD or DO with DEA designation.
