Description
Join our Elder Care team, in the fastest growing city in the Midwest!
- Lead and further develop the geriatric program
- Work Monday-Friday
- No Call
- Setting could include outpatient clinic, post-acute care settings such as Transitional Care (TCU) and long-term care, and home visits in assisted living and senior apartments
- Practice includes 1 Physician, and 4 PAs/NPs
- Compensation with incentive based on experience, 6+ weeks’ vacation, Malpractice coverage, CME allowance, and relocation package
REQUIREMENTS OPTIONS- BC/BE Geriatrician or
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine with geriatric experience and interest or
- BC/BE Family Practice with geriatric experience and interest
LOCATION- Centrally located on the border of North Dakota & Minnesota
- 3.5 hours northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul
- Fargo-Moorhead population: 225,000
- Regional Service area consists of 25 clinics & 5 hospitals
