Practice Overview:

–  Join a family-owned, Wisconsin based organization
–  800 team members across 14 locations
–  Serving Eastern Wisconsin, From Green Bay to Milwaukee, and down to Kenosha
–  “Complete care under one roof” – In house Pediatric Dentists and Orthodontists
–  Training and mentoring encouraged – Great opportunity for experienced and new graduates
–  Flexible schedule – Extended hours and weekends allow for short and/or flexible weeks.
–  Available locations included Appleton (priority focus), Green Bay, Fond du Lac, and more.

Compensation and Benefits:

–  180K – 240K salary, commensurate of experience
–  Up to 35 percent of Net Incentive – 400K potential
–  Up to 75K “retention” bonus, payable over 5 years
–  PTO: 3 weeks
–  Sick leave: 5 days
–  7 National Holidays
–  CE Allowance: 2,500
–  401K with 50 percent ER match after 2 years (up to 6 percent)
–  Relocation assistance: 2,500
