San Antonio, TX | DDS-Full-time | 35% adjusted production | $1,300 daily| $450k+ possible
Position:
–  Pediatric Dentist or General Dentist, comfortable with pediatric patients
–  Office currently made up of 1 full time DDS and 1 part time- Busy enough for 2 full time!
–  12 OPS, 7 assistants, 1 hygienist, and 4 front desk workers – Digital Equipment
–  Busy Practice-$1.6 million in Billings for 1.5 DDS in 2022
–  2 days per week at Pleasanton and 2 in San Antonio
–  Current office hours Mon-Tue 8am-5p.m. Weds 8am-7p.m. Thurs 10am-5pm Fri-8am-5pm Sat 9am-1pm
–  Office has a team player focused atmosphere and Long Tenured staff with 5-10 years on average
–  Payer Mix 60% Medicaid and the rest PPO
–  Mentorship available
–  Collection rate 99%
–  EMR-Open Dental
Offering:
–  Compensation is 35% Adjusted production/$1,300 Daily Guarantee-(this is calculated monthly) +$10k sign-on
–  Option for 4-5 day work week- Total salary will range from $375k annually- $450k+
–  50% Health insurance coverage for provider
–  PTO, holiday pay, license renewals, CE days + Malpractice, smile life policy
