Private Group Looking to add Another Dentist to Their Clinic Located in a Jacksonville, FL, Suburb | Employed, Full-time, Benefits, Partnership

Position:
–  Clinic has 6 ops, 1.5 hygienist, 3 DA’s, and joining one other fulltime provider
–  Clinic is averaging over $125,000 a month in production, all FFS and PPO with 96% collection rate
–  General Dentistry, Implants, Cosmetic, Extractions, Restorative, Endo, Bone-grafting and same-day-dentistry
–  CEREC, SL3D Cone Beam, Digital Intraoral Rad, tissue lasers and more on site
–  This is literally a neighborhood dental practice that has all of the structure and accountability of any corporate office, BUT none of the corporate BS
–  Desired clinician to work a 4- or 5-day work week, no weekends
–  Position is open to mentor someone wanting to advance in all forms of dentistry including Implants
Offering:
–  Health and Vision benefits
–  Malpractice Insurance , 401(K) Plan & Match, $1,500 a year CE allowance, and 50% of all lab costs
–  NO WEEKENDS or LATE NIGHTS
–  Pay an hourly minimum, then % of collections once it exceeds – Ability to earn over $400,000
