Details of Assignment:
--Monday through Friday, 8s, 10s, and 12s
--Call on weeknights and weekends - 12 hours for night call and 24 hour shifts for weekends
--Care team model, medical directions
--Case mix: general, gynecology, ortho, vascular, urology, OB
--Takes about 60-90 days to credential
--Active Indiana license
--NBCRNA
