Ardor Health has a 13 week travel assignment for a Speech Language Pathologist at a skilled nursing facility in Fletcher, NC, with a 12/9 start. SNF and Rehab Optima experience required.
Candidates requirements:
• NC license required/CCCs Required
• Negative COVID19 test required within 7 days of start date
• MUST have SNF/long term care experience – Since October 2019 (PDPM experience)
• Rehab Optima experience
