Description SMART is seeking ABEM/AOBEM help for a brand-new Start Up for the WEST. Candidates must have an ACTIVE California license for a June start for CLEAN FILES. All other files will be a July/August start. Please provide June/July availability on the presentations. Client Need: 20 -30 shifts a month Facility information Facility address: Thousand Oaks, CA Specialty: Emergency Medicine Board requirement (years of eligibility defined by facility): Board Certified or Eligible Board requirement (Example EM, FM, IM): ABEM only Life Support Certifications Required: Demonstrate documented evidence of ATLS COVID vaccine/exemption required? yes LOCUM COVERAGE ASSESSMENT Reason for Locum need? In need of 3 FTE’s How many shifts per month in Locum Coverage will help stabilize the program? 40 Is the Locum Coverage needed short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months)? 3-6 months Is the Locum Coverage needed for a specific shift type: All shifts Temp/Emergency Privileges granted?
