Description New Job Details – Occupational Medicine Location: Oregon Duration: Locum contract or locum to permanent position Reason for coverage: Expanding services Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: Day 8a-5p Call: None Patient volume: 18-20 patients per day Scope: Workers Comp and Employee Health EMR: EPIC Hospital: Clinic setting Requirements (boards, license): Oregon License, Board Certified Occupational Medicine, Preventive Medicine, or Family Medicine with Occ Med experience *Travel accommodations and malpractice insurance will be provided for all locum contracts*
