Description Duration: June17 - Dec 31 Reason for coverage: Immediate opening Schedule: Monday – Friday , 8a-5p (option for 4 or 5 day work week) Call: Optional (1/3 if taking hospital call) Patient volume: 18-24/day in clinic. If doing call, ~2-3 patients/day (avg 2 newborn admissions) Scope: Provide care for sick visits, wellness exams, follow up on medication and provide med. Refills and respond to nurse/staff messages/ my chart messages. EMR: EPIC Requirements (boards, license): Board Certified, Active NC license, Charting must be completed at the end of each day * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
