• Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) – 4-5 days per week
• Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
• Volume: 18 PPD
• EMR: Epic
• Require: CA License/DEA, Board Certified, Clean NPDB, recent Epic experience, COVID
• Credentialing: 2-4 weeks
