Duration: September 2024 - July 2025
Schedule: 2 weeks/month, 7a-7a (weeks don't have to be consecutive)
Shift:
Clinic - Mon through Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-noon
Hospital Inpatient VAD Rounds/Heart Failure Consults - Mon through Thur 8a-noon, Fri 1p-5p
Call: 24 hour VAD call for 7 consecutive days, Mon-Sun
Patient volume:
Clinic - 10 patients per half day
Hospital - 2 consults per half day
Call - 1 VAD admission/week
Scope: VAD and Advanced Heart Failure Program coverage. Clinic, Inpatient, and call. Will supervise fellows and APPs who do independent clinics
EMR: EPIC
Hospitals: 478 bed level 1 hospital
Group/support:
VAD Call - CVICU Fellow support
In-patient VAD rounds - CVICU Fellow, RN coordinator support
In-patient Heart Failure consults - Consult fellow support
Heart Failure Clinic - RN Support
Required: GA or IMLC licensed, Board Certified, Advanced Heart Failure Fellowship trained Benefits or working with Pacific Companies:
