- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital with Clinics
- Schedule: Dates: October 25, 2021 - Ongoing
- M-F, 8-5
- No weekends
- No Call
- Assignment: Clinic
- Census: 8-10 patients per day
- Follow-up patients post CT Surgery (Heart and Thoracic) seen independently, co-visits with CT Surgeon for new consults, helping with H&P, orders, etc.
- EMR: Paper Chart
