Locum Primary Care | California Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Location: Roseville, CA 95661
Duration: ASAP-ongoing locum need
Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-5p) – 4-5 days/week
Scope: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
Volume: 18-20 PPD
Ages: FP 0-100. IM 18-100
EMR: Epic (experience required)
Group/support: Full subspecialty support
Credentialing: 30-60 days
Require: BC, CA license, COVID Vaccinated, recent Primary Care and Epic experience within last 12 months, FIVE references (post interview prior to offer)
