Description Job Details - Location: Sacramento, CA Duration: ASAP for 3 months with an option to extend Schedule: Prefers full-time (will consider 4 days per week) Shift: M-F, 8a-5p Call: None Patient volume: must be comfortable seeing up to 18-20 ppd once ramped after 2 weeks Scope: Outpatient primary care (FP or IM) EMR: Epic Requirements (boards, license): Board certified (board eligible if within 2 years of training), CA license, COVID vaccine and booster, recent primary care experience, Epic experience * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
