EMR: Cerner Community Works,

Hospital: Onsite Services: 25 bed critical access hospital, Level IV trauma designation
Lab, PET/CT weekly, Radiation Therapy, Infusion, Pharmacy

Group/support: Supporting Staff: APP has support from a Nurse Navigator and Medical Assistant
Other Onsite Team: 2 Pharmacists, Social Worker, Register Dietitian, Infusion Nurses

Requirements (boards, license): Board Certifications: Family Nurse Practitioner certified through ANCC or AANP
Active Licenses: OR license
