- Location: North Carolina ( 60 miles from Virginia Beach)

- Duration: August-Ongoing locum w/ option to extend

- Schedule: 1-4 weeks per month
- Dates needed:

Aug 05-09, 12-16, 19-23, 26-30

Sep 09-15, 23-27

Oct 14-20, 21-25, 28-11/01

Nov 18-22, 25-12/01

Dec 16-20, 23-29, 30-01/05

- Shifts: Mon-Fri 7a-3p

- Call: 1:3 nights of 1st call M-F 3p-7a and 24 HR. Sat-Sun weekend call

- Scope: General Anesthesia, will supervise CRNA

- Volume: 15 cases per day, between 3-4 rooms

- Call Volume: ~1 call back on weeknight and ~2 call backs on weekend call

- EMR: Epic

- Group: 3 MDs. 3 CRNAs. MD on call has CRNA support staff during the day Mon-Fr ONLY

- Hospital: 4 OR’s + OB. Short Term Acute Care. 98 total beds.

- Require: Board Certified, Active NC license/DEA
