Qualifications:

Active IN License – TEMP PRIVS available
Job Summary:
Shift times: - 7A-3P
Call 3p-6:30a  NO OB Call -
Coverage Model: Little to NO Supervision
Cases include ENDO, OB, PEDs, URO, TRAUMA, ENT, General, GYN, ORTHO
Case logs required – to include Blocks and epidurals, spinals
ACLS, BLS. PALS required  with AHA required
EMR- EPIC
