OB/GYN Physician to join employed group in Northwestern IN -Just 70 miles to Chicago Job-5046* Will consider BE/BC physician as well as consider an H1 visa
*Flexible Clinic Schedule: 36 patient contact hours per week, Monday – Friday
* Weekday, Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:4
* Will assist to provide collaboration and supervision of Midwives
* Average outpatient volume: 20 – 25 patients per day - Average inpatient volume: 2 – 3 per day - Average deliveries: 5-6 per month - Ultrasound on site
