Description Jan. 6 – Ongoing for up to all of 2025 Schedule: Mon-Fri clinic Shift: 9am – 5pm for clinic. Call: Yes On call 1 or 2 times per week - optional weekend coverage Patient volume: 15 for clinic Scope: All ages, and ER call. Treating all ages, but majority over 50.
