   Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
   State License: Must have an active Illinois license
   Experience: Minimum of 1 year required
   Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, CPR, PALS
   DEA License: Required
   CSR License: Required

Job Details:

   Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
   Call: No on-call requirement
   Privileges: Full privileges available
   Typical Cases: Bread and butter, general cases, OB, ortho, podiatry, endoscopy as needed, urology. No hearts or neuro.
   Patient Mix: 100% Adult
   Estimated Shifts/Month: 30 shifts
   Coverage Need: 2-3 CRNAs daily
   Reason for Opening: Turnover vacancy

Travel & Compensation:

   - Airfare: Standard Economy Cabin Fares, no upgrades, and 1 bag covered
   - Lodging: $150 per night before taxes/fees, no incidentals permitted
   - Mileage: Calculated according to IRS mileage rates
   - Rental Car: Mid-size car for April - November, Mid-size 4WD SUV for December - March
