Duties and Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery (Required)
  
  
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (Required)

  • Active Michigan state license and Michigan Controlled Substance Registration (Required)
  
  
  • Not accepting IMLC candidates

  • Clean background (Required for emergency privileging)
  
  
  • Experience with Cerner EMR is preferred
