Key Responsibilities:

• Practice Setting: Inpatient Acute Rehab Unit


• Patients Per Shift: 6-12


• Bed In Department: 12


• Rounding: Assigned Patients


• Call Schedule: Includes call coverage

Qualifications:

• Board Certification: Required


• Fellowship: Preferred


• Licensure: Licensed in California


• Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred


• Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 45 days


• Malpractice History: Clean history with no open or paid claims over the past 10 years

Additional Details:

• Orientation and Onboarding: Scheduled for November 1, 2024, with coverage starting on November 4, 2024


• Temporary Privileges: Available


• Hospital Designation: Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center


• Credentialing Requirements: Online application must be completed within the first week of bid acceptance
