Shared call, 1:10, inpatient rounding/coverage (approximately 1 per week). Normal schedule would involve 1 hospital day and 2 clinic days per week. Top-notch benefits package 4 weeks paid vacation, 1 week paid CME for 2yr years, and then extend a week.
