•          Established, extended care programs (SNF/Nursing Home)               
•          Physician candidates must be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Med/Peds,Family Medicine or Geriatrics               
•          100% outpatient position               
•          Primary call coverage provided by experienced NP’s
