Description Location: South of Portland, Oregon Duration: ASAP for 6-9 months Reason for coverage: Loss of provider, we have patient panels that need to be seen Schedule: Full time, the clinic is open for Provider schedules 830 – 7 M,T, TH, F, 830 – 530 on Wednesdays, and 830 – 2 on Saturday Shift: We are flexible within the above time frames and may be open to part time candidates Call: No Patient volume: For a full day, around 17 Scope: Primary Care - Family Practice or Internal Medicine EMR: NextGen Group/support: RNs and MAs Requirements (boards, license): Licensed to practice in Oregon as MD or DO with DEA designation.
