======================= We are seeking practitioners who have:
-Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure: 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or 10 yrs as RN
-Licensed in any of two or more following States:

- No restrictions on ability to be credentialed with Medicaid or other payers
- Open to learning new software and technology; technology protocol and EMR training provided, if needed
- Fluency other languages in addition to English is highly desirable Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Practitioner in any of the following States: Florida, Texas, California, Tenessee, Virginia and be in good standing
- DEA Registered
- Able to commit to work the minimum of 10 hours per week (2 or more hours' time block within a specified, self-directed availability)
- Telehealth experience preferred.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
